I need help with audio please

Post by Gene Starwind 21122 » Fri Nov 08, 2002 11:55 pm

I'll explain the program I'm using is the Dazzle Capture Device 80 and when I added in the sound it started mixing and no matter what I have tried I can't get it to stop. So if you have any suggestion on how to add sound a different way. Please let me know. Thankyou.

Define what you mean by mixing?

Exactly what are you trying to capture?

What I mean is the song My Sacrifice is overlaping itself. For example it would go: "Hello my friend we meet again." and then " IT's been a while where should we begin." Hello my friend we meet again" at the same time.

Are you trying to capture the sound through the dazzle?

What program are you using to add sound?

I already have the sound capture through the dazzle device and it is in my library but when I went to produe it. That happend I tryed extracting the sound but I can't. So if you know a way where I can block the sound out and put the new sound in. I would be most thankful.

If you can export a AVI out(using huffYUV), then take the file into VirtualDub, set video to Direct Stream Copy and Audio to No Audio, then you can strip it out that way.
