Really? Why could it be?
She's form a dating game (like Fate stay night, Higurashi no naku koro ni or Kanon) but probably a hardcore hentai one. That's all I can know.

I got info (that thread in the fansub forum is freakin' GOLD)! That pic is from the adult game called "Ane to Boin" (which is translated to "Older Sisters and Big Boobs" :lol: ) published by company called "Good Job". I think Clamp-X uses one of the characters from that game as an avatar.
