Cool, the results are pretty much aligned with my own votes.
Congrats to the winners and thanks for running this, Kewp!
(And sorry for making you stay up late tonight!)

In what shouldn't be a surprise to anyone, I was one of the judges. I was the one who commented on (almost) everything. Figured I'm watching the damn things anyway, no reason I shouldn't type up a sentance or two for it.
I'm not one for thanking people and crap, but I am glad Koop decided to do this. I think the results provide an interesting counterpoint to the VCA results.
A fair amount of the videos were in multiple categories so it wasn't that bad.Douggie wrote:- Did the judges watched through all the semi-final videos? Cause that's a whole lot!

awsm results for this contest! i think i like the results on this more than the VCA's maybe cause it closer resembles my votes. either way i think this is more of videos judged for themselves rather than videos judged for who made them (not saying the VCA's are entirely like that but it is an element imo)
either way huge to koop for organising this

Cool... I liked the results here... I liked the results in the VCAs too...
This is because the videos which I thought were going to win in both competitions were fairly close to the actual winners. It's a good mix of what could be seen as wildly popularised and as what would be more "critically acclaimed".
Good job kewp... this has been interesting.

Clearly more reflective if good videos than the VCAs. Not the best, but certainly a lot more agreeable to look at.
