I got them on youtube too but i got in trouble for posting the links here lol so i just post them on the org and post the links here

and here are the links for my amv in order from first to latest
http://www.animemusicvideos.org/members ... p?v=149275
http://www.animemusicvideos.org/members ... p?v=149214
http://www.animemusicvideos.org/members ... p?v=153104
http://www.animemusicvideos.org/members ... p?v=153081

I've been told my first is my best so far but the friend didn't know anything about that anime at the time.
I have a 5th thats a mash of music and anime but it still needs some tinkering before i let it see the light of download cause I don't like putting out crappy half arsed work it tarnishes the org imo

Multiple Accounts

Just to let you know, that is against The Rules.

And The main Reason why people most likely join this, is that you don't even seem to know any bits about the Technical site of amv's.

You seriously read The Guides, learn your stuff, actually show that you are able to pull of a video with correct (and good) technical specs.

And don't mind those who "shout" at you.

Ukno, it just gets annoying after a while when more and more Newbs come and try starting an mep and actually think they were capable of coordinating a Project, when they can't even get the general specs right.

You seem like a sane Person, so you should understand by now that it is probably way to early for you to even think of starting a Project like this.

I like the Concept, but that alone wont make it.

You don't have to get angry, most of the editors will react negatively with those comments (and here you really don't want to know how a lecture is...>.>). They're saying you that you need to learn something more before starting a project like this. It's not we want to disappoint you before even starting, assume it: "after several months of work, when you finally managed to get the work of several people togheter (with their best effort for it), after date pressures, wide awakes, discussing with some editors, some of them droping when you need them the most, your MEP is done. And full of ilusion you post the announcement thread with drums and cymbals. And what do you get? Lots of post from the editors saying your work sucks and you shouldn't ever start a MEP (or worse, you don't get any post at all) and you have dissappointed the others editors who colaborated with you thinking that, as a coordinator, you knewn what you have been doing."

Ok...ok...it sounds tragic but in these cases it's best think in that way. ¬_¬

As for your multiple accounts/nicknames, maybe you can ask for remove one of those here

ya i said i was this is done with why are people still trying to coax me into doing it. I'm not going to do it at least not with the people on here who seem to afraid of a challenge to bother trying to help someone new.
thats why i'm doing this is because its a challenge and i like challenges. my amvs prove that i don't make crap and i wouldn't allow crap to be made with my name to it. making amv's is easy even my longest and hardest amv took me less then 20 hours total to throw together and its still really good. despite the lack of pictures and intermission sounds/music.
so instead i'll either do it on my own or recruit people else where or even my friends who do amvs i wanted to get out side help but not any more.

and yes i am a bit mad but i'm more frustrated with the lack of "let me help you" instead its *link* read it.. okay none of that makes sense well then were all bailing on your idea. thats where i get mad. because i thought that the amv community was helpful and more fun loving then what i've seen its practically the opposite imo.

oh how little you know... Aside from that, you didn't even bother to learn some of the basic things that go into making a MEP, like technical info, and it is obvious you know nothing of it, simply parroting what others say in their MEPs. We are not going to guide you by the hand, you need to lurk and learn yourself.

wtf? Seriously? The thing I linked you to is about the simplest and most in-depth guide you'll find on how to make an AMV. Search the entire Internet, you will NOT find anything more comprehensible. If you can't be bothered to actually sit down and devote an hour or two to learning the technical points to making an AMV, then there's no reason we should entrust you to heading up an MEP. Period.

We're not trying to be assholes (well, I'm not, anyway), but coming in here and giving us a very undetailed description of some MEP you plan on heading up, not showing any understanding of basic video concepts like frame size, frame rate, and codec choice, with no AMVs entered in the profile you post under....this is not going to convince us that you are able to handle the arrangement and dedication it takes to put together an MEP. I'm not trying to be condescending, but it's clear that you don't know that putting together an MEP takes a lot of work. On top of which, you have to actually SHOW that you know what you're doing. Nothing you've posted so far has pointed to the contrary.

Saying that we haven't helped you is also bullshit, because you haven't been the most receptive or poilte person either. I posted a link to EADFAG because it's honestly a good place to start, and you'll find a lot of useful things in there. You can't expect us to hold your hand and tell you every little technical detail of making AMVs. We don't have the time, and most of us don't have the patience. Learn it yourself. The link I provided you with will help you a great deal. If it doesn't make sense, we have multiple help forums you can post in. Stop being an asshole about this, because frankly you're acting like a spoiled little seven-year-old :?

My suggestion: co-organize this with someone with know how?
someone who knows the technical know-how, and collaborate on the "artistic" parts

Sorry I had to post this... its a classic..

JaceCam wrote:i find i can't view mp4s unless on my psp

It's called VLC for future reference :P

But yeah make amv's for another 2 years or so, you will eventually fade out of wmm and think to yourself, "I want to try another video editing software", you may go to adobe's premiere, or sony's vegas, hell even ulead studio is decent.
However when you do choose one of these applications, you will be slapped in the face harder than a chinese hooker who doesn't get paid.

Mp4 and Xvid, these two codec's will be your bread and butter, when you realise this and accept it into your life, you will understand why all this bullshit was said by everyone here.

Please don't reply flaming me about this or that, i'd appreciate it if you didn't reply at all, then I know you took the time to at least try and fathom this shit i'm typing.

Now... after all that...
