After a small crisis or something (too much gamein no interesst in editing), I´m a bit egoistic now and stick a while on my main project. Sry. I just need it now.

Ok guys. I'm serious now. We really need to get this done. I personally don't want to have to worry about this anymore, and we can't keep putting this off. So, as of this post, the final deadline is April 1st. If I have not received final copies of your segments by then, I am going to kick you out of the project. I don't care about your excuses. We've had way more than enough time to do this.

This goes for me too. If I don't finish by then, I won't put anything into the final product (this shouldn't be a problem, though - I know that if I set an absolute deadline, I'll meet it).

I don't want to be an asshole about this, but we need to set a deadline, and I WILL boot you if you don't do anything by then. This has taken way too much time, and I'm getting kinda sick of worrying about it. I have too much going on with other .org responsibilities, not to mention real life, the girlfriend, homework, work, etc., and the less online stuff I have to deal with, the better.

So I will be recruiting backup editors, and if you fail to meet the deadline you will be replaced. No excuses. You have all had...what? Like 8 months to edit <30 seconds of video. I'm not excluding myself from this accusation, and I'm not pretending I did anything to prevent the procrastination. But now it's time to really get moving and actually work, because if we don't now we never will. If you don't think you can meet this deadline, let me know now so I can get someone else to take your place ASAP.

April 1st. Finals. Have them in. I want this uploaded to the .org by the beginning of May.
