Which of these 2 you use to compileyour finished video

1. Adobe media encoder
2. Export movie using crtl+M

File --> Export --> Movie.

I don't remember whether or not that uses the Ctrl+M shortcut.

I only use the Media Encoder when I want to create an flv file...

tried the instructions on link to my videos but there are new options there that aren't included in that tutorial heres the pic don't know what to do with these

also tried it step by step what the tutorial says (didn't change the added command)
but when I play it on my midea classic player it is delayed it plays but with a black screen just then after the video finished playing then the video starts to show from the screen in slowmo.

Don't try to play HuffYUV videos in your media player. Their huge size will usually cause them to lag immensely.

To check the timing, compress it to something smaller first, like XviD, and then play <i>that</i> file.
