uhm I guess this is what you´re looking for:
pen tool
(77.8MB PDF)

AE has the same tool and you can work the same way with it. Remeber: The shortcuts are different between AE and Photoshop as default.

Er, don't give people that as a solution for their masking needs unless it includes a big disclaimer, like: This will not teach you how to make a mask, this will teach you how to use the tool that you should use to make a mask.

As far as you, winry., are concerned, dig up some basic tutorials on the Web on masking with AE. I'd do it for you, but there seems to be an odd language thing going on here... @_@
