hello there, in jihaku amv, there r some scene of the human singer which look crayonish. how is the effect is make?

Best ways I have at my disposal are plugin sets in AE:

GenArts Sapphire has a plugin called AutoPaint designed to break pictures up into different styled textures.

RE:Vision has a similar plugin called Video Gogh which looks more detailed, but also takes longer to render.

I believe that the clips of the singer are from the actual music video, so the effects might be original. Can't say for sure.
