So, I'm going to try to get this all down before my flight starts boarding. I'll work on links to the videos after I get back to Tokyo.

The contest was received INCREDIBLY well and I heard nothing but good reactions to all of the videos from both AAC staff and attendees. Main Events was pretty full on Friday night and Video 1 was maybe 50-75% full on Saturday morning. There were some technical difficulties with the DVD on Friday night, but those were resolved (by burning a new disc - swear to Cthulhu everything worked fine during tech runthroughs). Praise be to BasharoftheAges for assisting me in running this contest.

The winners will receive their trophies in the mail sometime in the next couple weeks and I'll be emailing everyone to verify their addresses once I get back home.

Hehe, thank you. I've always loved them, and I made that video for a good friend who's a giant Beatles fan too.

It's near the back of a very long List Of Things To Do - right after catching up on sleep, finding what school assignments I missed, and making sure the trophies get shipped out. Expect it to go up closer to the end of the week.

Every category except comedy was really close for at least 2 videos each time. Your stuff got a decent number of votes.

wow thanks guys, I really didn't expect to win. Thanks to all that voted for me, and it kind of makes me regret not being able to be there to see the reaction. Oh well. Thanks again everyone and congrats to all the other winners as well.

Congratulations to everyone, y'all did fantastically.

Still can't stop laughing whenever I think of the Rush Hour 3: Alchemic Edition xD!

xD I suppose my Naruto versus Bleach fight wasn't enough to compare against the Sailor Moon'ness of the action division but atleast I got to have my AMV shown and see many very well put together videos!
