I'm currently trying to court potential web designers.

I want HypeO to basically be a glorified blog. I want it very easy to update, I just want to be able to upload the visual art for the video, type in the description and give the link. Wonka will provide all the custom photoshop graphics, but we need to get an engine to run this beast. If you've seen the old website, it will be a very similar. Simple, easy on the eyes, no flash, no bullshit, big text, etc.

If anyone can crank out a website like this or knows someone who can, I would love to buy you a virtual cup of coffee

Start with Wordpress or a similar blogging engine, and get someone to write plugins from there. No point in doing more work than needed.
