lol, if you're not willing to put work into it, why do it? I went through 37 death note episodes and piece by piece, ripped out certain clips, i ended up with 400 selected clips frmo the 37 episodes, all organized, named them with what goes on in the clip, and put them into sections/folders as to what was going on in them.

it takes work but it's worth it
i did a full ep of naruto, and it was 4gigs big after i compressed it. so, i'll do it, but i've got to have a better codec than that x.x

don't waste time and space converting entire episodes, just encode the clips you need for your amv.
