Inuyasha, Here's why.

They are walking in a forest or whatever all of a sudden

Sango: "hey.. I'm going to start talking about something that happened to me.. that everybody already knows about, but just to recap, My brother is controlled by naraku" (sango's Brother's voice): "It's that lady :O"

Then shippo: "I'm here to explain all of the really obvious stuff in and even MORE obvious way, just incase there are two year olds with a mental impairment Watching this

Answer is:

"An anime series which has created thousands upon thousands of yaoi fangirls with lower IQ's than a pile of bricks, a menagerie of movies, too many episodes to count, fame for lack of plot development, and at least 1 reported case of a girl being mauled by a wolf."

What is Inuyasha?

*Ding ding ding!*

I guessed Naruto.

Clearly the answerto the question is "which ever series you really really like and couldn't possibly handle getting bashed."

Don't forget setting up a long-ass story that is never resolved. Seriously if you ever are bored/stupid enough to watch all 179 episodes, don't get your hopes up. It ubruptly ends without a conclusion.

Worse things can happen. Watch all 7 seasons of Ranma, and at the end, they still haven't resolved whether they like each other for real or not :)
Anime, one of the few things about the internet that doesn't make me hate the internet.

I think it would be Naruto.. the flashbacks, the fillers, the shippouden ... they are all so annoying. It doesn't really deserve it's popularity...

What it has is longevity, it is a pritty week ninja story, but you get an almost compleate chara development. However, dispite my adiction, yes it is lame. Events that should take an episode (or chapter) are drawn out over 8 (see current shippuuden for details).

Airgear. Loved the manga (coz Jet Set Radio rules us all!), but the anime was just ... meh.

I think there are some awsome animes. But all the new ones give anime a bad name.

I love the movie, personally. Technically it's absolutely amazing, and I found I enjoyed it much more when I think of it as an extended cut scene from the game. :D

I watched it and all I have to say is... boring. Sure I found some of the Rude and Reno antics quite humorous, but the majority was just Cloud sulking and a random fight with Sephiroth at the end. And lets not forget the stupid cell phones as well as Tifa's (in)famous "Dilly dally shilly shally." :x

Okay, yeah. THAT was pretty awful. In fact, Tifa was pretty awful---she was definitely the low point for me.

Nothing really happened, no, but it was still kind of fun to watch the Old Home Days "the gang's all here" motif as the characters showed up.

Cloud did pout and moan and sulk quite a bit, I must admit. But Reno and Rude more than made up for his emo crap for me. :)
