Animated Avatar?

Post by Mily-chan » Mon Sep 10, 2007 12:00 am

I don't know if this is appropriate to be posted here but I'm desperate, I'm trying to make an animated avatar, I didn't think it would be this hard but if anyone can give me a tutorial on how to make them with the Movie Maker if possible then please help, I captured frames and saved them as pictures so I have them loaded in order on the player but I don't know how to speed them up or loop them.

Download a GIF animator and search for "how to animated gifs" on Google.

Or if you don't want to spend the money for Adobe Photoshop/ImageReady, get Serif PhotoPlus 6.0 instead (freeware). Or even better, The GIMP (Free (yes, the capitalization makes a difference) and open source).

photo shop

-get all images (u did already)
-copy+paste all images on to one back ground
-open animations
-add frames
-for each frame click the little eye of the layer you want to appear on the layer scroll bar
-set the time (each frame is already at no delay)

also, if you're not using the latest version of photo shop, you need to switch to image ready to find the animations toolbar

Use animationshop 3.0 :) It's a very good program for animating!
