Problems with vista

Postby Zinsurin » Tue Sep 11, 2007 2:52 am

Has anyone else had any problems with Windows vista and amvapp 3.0 beta?

I had problems with the tests, and AMVapp3.0 was messing with my current Codecs on windows media player.

Did I do something wrong or is this normal?

from what I've heard the tests won't work with vista and just all around the AMVApp won't... so welcome to the new generation of Windows!

I thought it was that the tests didn't work in vista but everything else in the amvapp3 worked fine.

browse some threads in the avisynth section and there's bound to be someone who's asked about it

Everything in AMVapp worked perfectly fine for me, minus the tests, which are fairly trivial, and I've heard the same from a few other people who've migrated to Vista. I'm running 64bit Vista Ultimate, if that helps any :P

I'm running Vista Home premium 32 bit and everything but tests does fine.

I've been using vista for about 7-8 months now and have been using ffdshow and CCCP and never had a single issue.
