That's one of the reasons I vote them all unworthy whenever I bother to click on the link for new ones.

Well that answered that. It does happen. Of course, it says something that it took a couple weeks to get a solid answer and that was from an admin who presumably pulled the list of what sites link to the banners instead of reporting of sites he personally encountered on the net.
