I find this strangly interesting. Even though they get about 40 a year, this just (for some odd reason) blows my mind. Kids dribbles a ball pretty amazingly, but editors post amazing (or not so amazing -_-) videos with amazing effects, and we don't so much as get a ring from Speilburg. How unfair ^_^

I think the reasoning behind sports people getting found and not effects/movie people is because the video industry is 80/20 on Youtube. 80% stays far away from it, 20% think it's the future but go on denying it anyway.

Most of them probably just don't have any time to watch shit on Youtube.

They didn't find him on youtube. They sent the team DVDs and then those videos also happened to get on there. Completely unrelated events.
