Ack. Thank you so much for posting that! It actually makes me want to read the book, just so I'll be in an all the jokes. Parodies rock.Moonlight Soldier wrote:lol http://diogenes-sinope.blogspot.com/200 ... ilers.html

I think the amount of people who died was a fair amount. I'm not saying I liked that certain characters bit it, but come on, the main battle was huge, people had to die or it would have been stupid. I think she killed off enough to satisfy that, without going overboard.
I think it's one of the better books of the series, and I really liked the ending :3

The begining was fine, the ending was fine... the middle was well over 200 pages of repeditive bickering over not knowing what to do. Most of the other books have fit that same pattern, but them actually being in school allowed for other mundane "filler" ellements to filter through to flesh things out... Without that it was even more boring and frustratingly repeditive than usual.

The author went from single mom on welfare to millionaire. Deus ex machina is probably her life's philosophy.godix wrote: I because a die hard hater of the Potter movies after the 2nd one ended with Dues Ex Machina not once, not twice, but at least three motherfucking times. I have been told by many who read the book that the movie was pretty faithful to the ending. So AFAIK the books are nothing more than some whiny teenage brat standing around waiting for someone to come save his ass. If you want teenage angst by people who can barely wipe their own ass without help then go read livejournal instead.
