Windows open off-screen

Ok, this has been happening to me the past week or so and it's really starting to piss me off. When I open certain programs, they open off screen, to the right. I can move my mouse off and if I click enough sometimes I can grab the edge of the window and stretch it to the left, and then move it over by grabbing the top from there, but sometimes that doesn't work and I simply can't use the program The program that I have most trouble with is Visual IRC, and when I right-click on the tab at the bottom there's no option to "Move" the window over (as there are on some other programs that do this).

Anyone have any idea how to fix this? I've tried Googling to no avail.

Select the window on the taskbar, Alt+Space, select "Move" from the menu, then use the arrow keys to move it back onto the screen.

If there is no Move option, then I guess you're screwed.

Temporaliy increase your resolution assuming you can force your resolution beyond what you can normally display. You should get that resolution, but have to scroll around the screen to see the whole thing.
