You mean TRANScode, and AVI is a container, not a codec. Some software can convert avis to m2v/mp2/vob/mpeg/mpg/whateverdesignation before burning it off as a vob in a file structure of your disc, however, I would recommend you use a stand alone converter, and TMPEGEnc is considered one of the most reliable.
