character masking

Post by ANBU_Itaichi1986 » Wed Jun 27, 2007 2:09 pm

I know there's a way to do this, Ive seen it done thousands of times. How do you take a character out of a clip and put it into a different clip? I know its done with masking but it seems nearly impossible with pan/crop masking.

Do you have to do it frame by frame if you use photoshop?

right click the clip>Pan & Crop>enable masking(by checking the masking box)>then juss use the pic. of the pen and cut out your picture you wunt to cut out(mask),btw if you wunt it to look pro. you might wunt to zoom in at times, and then keep it on the track, then put another clip on a seperate track below it,then you have it,look on utube if you wunt to find more persific(spelled wrong) tuts. on how to mask out images

this is like the easiest thing to do on vegas,
