APP 7 (Pro) .avs Import Problem

Postby Angelic86 » Mon May 28, 2007 10:02 am

I looked for a topic about this problem but didn´t find one.

I just got Adobe Premiere Pro 7.0 (Pro), installed the .avs Import Plugin to the right folder and wanted to import an avs-File to APP. So far it works fine but all I see is blackness ^^° I tried .avs-Files of other Anime but it´s always the same.

Hope somebody can help me ^^°

Sounds stupid, but: Have you restarted your system?

As I had the problem, it worked afterwards.

Though it sounds so stupid it might work, it didn´t -_-

It has something to do with the Plugin or the avs-File, cause everything else works fine. Btw, this ConvertToRGB32 didn´t fix it either.

Post your script.

Also, it's Premiere Pro 1.0. 7 was the name the software pirates gave it when they released it before Adobe gave it a name (since the previous versions went up to 6.5).

I tried this:

MPEG2Source("cardcaptorsakura.d2v",cpu=4)
TomsMoComp(1,5,1)
vmToon()
Deen("w3d",3,3,5)

and this:

MPEG2Source("cardcaptorsakura.d2v")
ConvertToRGB32

And of cause just MPEG2Source("cardcaptorsakura.d2v").

I wasn´t certain about the name cause it said Adobe Premiere 7.0 Pro in the Software list ^^° That somehow got stick in my head ^^

Have you tried to open your script in VirtualDub? Is it still only black there? Like this you could test whether the error is with the scripts or with Premiere (I don't know if that helps hough).

It runs normal in VirtualDubMod. Like I said, I tried every avs File I had on my Hard Drive and neither of them worked. There HAS to be something wrong with Premiere.

I went crazy, uninstalled AMVapp and installed it again (kinda like a desperate action) and IT WORKS. LIKE WTF O_O I remembered that when I installed AMVapp the first time, I thought "I don´t have Premiere and I won´t get it" So I didn´t install the Plug in that was included in AMVapp, I downloaded it seperately this morning, perhaps it was the wrong version, but I don´t really care anymore cause IT WORKS...

...

Now I just need an Idea O_o

So well, case closed ^^ Thanks for your help ^^
