Comiket

Post by HollyFlower91 » Fri Apr 09, 2010 12:31 am

from what I've seen on youtube, comiket of japan, has to be one of the largest doujinshi conventions known to mankind, and after finding out of it's existence, I plan on going there in my future, after completing my manga that is. have I mentioned it's only active twice a year..? over 300,000 people arrive for each opening, not to mention all the cosplayers, it's an independant manga creators dream if you ask me. some doujinshi's actually get noticed and published! I don't remember correctly but I think I heard that D.N.Angel was picked up from there, not sure though.

pics off google of it:

yeah it's strictly a doujinshi/cosplay convention, I think that's enough.
