Well, the plane flight plans have changed again... looks like we're coming in around Thursday afternoon instead of Wednesday night after all. Gwarrrrrrr.

Need to get prints made for art show. RRRRRRRrrrraaaaaaaagh.

Dixieland has a DDR Machine?! When the hell did that happen. I work a mile from there. I'll have to check this out next weekend (got Dragon*Con this weekend). From the looks of those listings that and the Georgia Tech location are the two closest to the con hotel and I would wager you need student ID to get at the Tech one. Too bad that Dixieland is only open Friday-Sunday.

If you will be in town Thursday night before the con and you want to do something with other AMV creators then email me at red_wolf@mac.com. Let me know when you'll be in town, how many interested parties will be with you, if you want to do something at or away from the con hotel, and if you'll have access to a car and if so how many people can it hold.

We seem to have an interest in a Japanese resturant located 20 minutes from the con hotel. If you have another idea please feel free to share it either by posting or emailing me. We should make arrangements soon so people can finialize their travel plans.

For everyone else arriving Friday, when do you want to get together and do you want to leave the con hotel and do something at the hotel? Post your plans and ideas.

Either you have friends coming with or you have one of those tiny, three wheeled cars they use in Asia. :D

Including Expo, that's hundreds of videos! Someone be sure to bring lots of paper.

There are certain "contest" blocks of time, but Quu said they showed everything they got last year at one point or another. Over 200 videos.

I was planning on bringing my laptop so we can see how fast I can type :P Although I have never sat through the entire VAT before at AWA so I'll have to learn how the format goes.

BTW, on the gathering for Thursday, we have three cars with room for 12 or so people including the drivers.

Except for a few special events, basically, AMVs playing from the minute con begins to the minute the con ends. This includes all the AM hours. Which is why Tim was poking fun at the fact that anneke's request is a tad unreasonable.
I have no idea how to use this new forum.

Hey Quu, I've got some videos I'm not submitting for any contests but will show just during my & Hsien's panel... can I bring those in MPEG1 and MPEG2 on CD and copy them to the server?
