Really?

Recently I have become very dissapointed with how the video turned out. Its good to see that the video wasn't as bad as I thought and I'm glad you liked it :D

Fair warning: I might change my mind :o. Probably not, but reviews from contest attendees should be taken lightly...as a rule. First impressions are useful - especially if you're trying for a particular emotional response - but they can be deceptive.

What I know is that it felt right to me, and I'm not even a Bon Jovi fan.

Sure! In order to keep the cross posting down, here is a link to the forum with the winners...

BTW, next month I'm building an editing/DVD creation workstation just for the occasion... [Insert Shameless Plug for www.NewEgg.com Here!]

Cosplay show.

Postby DreamcastSi » Thu Apr 10, 2003 5:17 pm

I liked the cosplay. It was the first I had gone to in person so I didnt know what to expect. I kinda felt bad for the Sailor Moon group but it was kinda funny at the same time. Their music cut out in the middle of their skit... Kinda miffed that I didnt get to go to the AMV showing, but next year, Im entering a vid so I'll know what not to do...(like dont not get a ticket for the amv...)

Oh, the AMV contest was terrible. They didn't even show my video (which, by the way, was way better than most of the videos shown at the contest)!

Hopefully it'll be better next year.
The cosplay was OK. The dealer's room was good, except for some WAY high prices here and there. I didn't attend Kareoke, though I wish I would have if the AMV contest didn't suck so much.

The dance was also pretty good, except for the fact that they kicked out the "minors" after midnight. What the hell?!

Atleast I got some good DDR runs, and my friends kept me entertained ^_^

And yes, Jesse does look like Edward Norton :P
