Hotel Room # SOON!
Like last year we will have an official editor lounge at the convention hotel! While we're still working out the finer details due to the event still being 4 months down the road I figured I might as well get this up now :p From what I know the plan is to do the same as last year and provide pizza and drinks for everyone that shows up. The time is still up in the air based on the other events and things we need to do that day but until the official schedule is set you can plan on anywhere between 1pm - 4pm.
Also like last year, you MUST have an official NDK AMV Badge in order to attend! This means you either need to be an editor or with one!
And please, make sure to keep non-editors to a minimum. A friend or two is fine but bringing your entire knitting group for free food is a no-no. If you're under 18 then either be accompanied by an adult or just make sure it's cool with them before you show up.
We're going to try and set up videos to be played like last year but hopefully things won't be as "Oh no, everything keeps breaking"-ish. >_>
To try and make sure we get a video in the playlist from everyone there where you post your sign up either include the title of your video if you sent it as an entry or include a link to it on AnimeMusicVideos.org where I can download it. Note that if your video makes it into the finals it will not be played at the Meet & Greet and a substitute may be requested :p
