Hey everybody. MomoCon is drastically expending its AMV focus this year, so I was wondering how many people would be interested in having a AMV Dinner? The Director of MomoCon is really interested in helping us out with this, so she is even willing to offer us access to the the Grand Ballroom in order to host the event during the convention (This part of the idea is still up in the air though). But whether or not we get the Grand Ballroom, the AMV Dinner would happen either on Friday or Saturday night (March 8th or 9th). So what does everyone think?
About MomoCon:MomoCon is an annual three-day anime, animation, manga, gaming, and costuming convention. It is held in downtown Atlanta, Georgia every March, and features over 900 hours of events and programming, and includes such features as vendors, artists, contests, tournaments, celebrity guests, concerts, karaoke, interactive workshops, martial arts, cultural events, and events targeted at every age group! In 2011, MomoCon welcomed more than 10,000 attendees, and we were happy to be listed as the 10th largest anime convention in North America by Animecons.com. Celebrating our 9th year in operation, MomoCon 2013 will take place at the Hilton Atlanta hotel from March 8th – 10th.More info about MomoCon can be found here:
