Need a roommate for AAC... Anyone game?

Looking for one roommate for Fri-Sat only but here's the catch.
1- A responsible person who pays up front before the con (we have paypal)
2- Doesn't mind this is a mix gender room.
3- Doesn't abuse the hotel room or makes our lives difficult to enjoy the convention.
4- Doesn't mind there are 3 other people in it.

Basically we're looking for an adult who acts like an adult who happens to need a room
