Wow! I guess I will see you there... I'll make it a point to come and hang out at the table (LIke I did a few years ago) for a bit if I can... Then again I now STAFF at AX too, as I'll be doing a bunch of AMV stuff! (Yes indeed)...

Im wondering if I sign up to go to the panel would just using some of the opening bumpers from the contest Ive run for the past 8 years work since I havent really put out any amvs in a while (excluding this year)

you're talking about your Rep Vid? Showing videos representing contests you've worked for/ran counts as part of the AMV community to me! just remember your total air-time is gonna be no more than 1 minute.
