You know that Tom's presidency won't last into November if he doesn't arrange for people from MCAS to come down. I know that I am definitely going (I being Nick's girlfriend). AnimeUSA was my first con last year. I also entered my first video into the AMV contest. (Yay, I get to have people watch it!) My best friend is also coming and *dunduhduhdun!* she's going to bring her video camera. See you there. Oh, and even if she wears her Faye costume again and her boyfriend doesn't come, I'm still cock block for her so no hitting on her.

yay, Tomasu managed to get us the con rate for the hotel even though he just booked our rooms. unfortunately, my friend Heather can't come after all so probably no video camera to video tape the insanity. too bad she didn't bring it to Otakon. it would have been great not only for Corbo Bash but also for all the dead baby jokes. perhaps I will ask her if I can bring it with me... Since Tomasu is not posting, there are about 18 Marist people who just happen to be coming (not an official club outing) including a fair number of freshmen. Oh. some of the freshmen look scary...of course I never talked to anyone before the con last year and I've been told I look pretty scary. Hopefully they will turn out to be cool people. Well, it should be a good time and at least I get to see Nick.

ahhh...happiness. any way, hopefully all the series work this time unlike the horror stories I heard about Noir last year and that there are more great parodies and I won't sleep through them the first night like I did last year. (Someone wake me up this time!) Well, I'll see people next weekend

I love to go, but it doesn't look like I"ll be able to make it.

I'm still kind of debating, but I'd have to drive 240 miles there Friday morning to get there mid-late afternoon and 240 miles back on Sunday and miss my friends birthday party and get behind on my Japanese again.

Driving 240 miles after a con sucks! I did it after Otakon. There is no way I would have been able to do it after AWA ... hell, I'm still recovering from AWA

Even if I don't make it, drink one for me, and I hope the Porn Fairy is as generous this year as it was last!
