Before this started, in the sign-up thread, I thought I remembered something about alts being put in if they were needed for round 1, but after rd 1 there would be auto-forfeits for failure to schedule in a reasonable time frame... Or was that project org editor? Either way - it's a good stick to prevent things like this from happening. Frankly, this is all a big joke at this point.
