It's called one-on-one help through IM and such. The forums are barely active especially in comparison to how many member who actually visit and upload.

The forums have something as an archive which can help tens of members after it's been posted, though...

Even French guys are surprised about Nostro being in semi-finals. Just saying...

Maybe they're helping inspire people who watch their videos.
