Seconded -- I'm saddened that this one appears to have gone largely unnoticed, especially with how much everyone loves the Old Spice Guy.

I love her work---she's improved as an editor at an alarming rate. This one makes me laugh like a loon every single time I watch it.

EDIT : The Anime Duet is indeed funny, but it's 2009.

This vid is all the more impressive, considering there's only one boat episode.

And this one is so wrong, it's right. Pee-in-your-pants funny.

Nauseatingly cute and funny.

Because any video that can make a VERY large audience shout "FUCK YEAH" on cue deserves at least a nomination.

This just works on a fundamental level, probably more than it has any business of doing.

Giggle like a schoolgirl getting anal every time I watch this.

This video makes you laugh AND feel all warm and fuzzy inside, in a way that hasn't been done before in recent memory. Usually videos do one or the other, but this one did both.

Received a standing ovation at Otakon and deserved every second of it. Though I did miss one year's awards, I haven't seen this kind of response for a comedy vid since the original AMV Hell. A comedic masterpiece and technical achievement.

Kosmit's vid definitely has my vote, seriously...

This vid deserves a special mention though:
