Nah, Ontario. It's almost impossible to find ANY anime here, which is why I was lucky to find volume two in blockbuster for $17. I didn't have any money on me, and my mom wouldn't buy it for me, so I'll just have to go back and get it later.

All of the previous listed retail stores have a fair selection of anime. And I am being specific to where we live.
Ontario isn't as big on anime as BC is but it's still not hard to find anime here. Hell the Blockbuster downtown has a fairly good selection.
