I'd say Eiken is the definition of "too much."

Not if its some regular setting like a beach or used for comedy.

Not bothered by too much unless it completley pointless.

The amount of it you see is a good indicator of who the series was made for in terms of age, maturity, gender, and degree of sexual repression. If it's too much for you, then surprise! you're not the target audience. Eiken is something on the level of an animal comedy - suitable for people that would watch something like American Pie in a group setting as entertainment but wouldn't watch porn in a group for entertainment (I actually had female friends back in high school that would do that).

Any Anime without fan service is not worth being watched.

fans service is not only sexual, it is just about giving the fans what they want to see.

Massive amounts of violence, gunplay, badassery, lame running gags all could be fanservice...

so I'll say yes I like it.

look, I'm not saying I don't like to see the occasional skirt-flip or butt-grope.
but I flipped by eiken one time, OMG o.O *fumbles for remote*

I'm not saying fanservice is wrong, but a moderated touch wouldn't harm a show like that.

It's essentially a slight step removed soft-core hentai and should be thought of as such. It serves it's purpose - to arouse or amuse to it's target audience. You wouldn't watch some shuonen series and complain about the overuse of dramatic reaction shots and named moves, would you?

I was just talkin to one of my buddies while watching naruto about that!

maybe I'v not found my target anime yet?!

but still, I guess I'm just old-fashioned clean-sport.

with that said, I like my fan-service...right before "too-much"

Fan Service should be enjoyed for both people.
