BTW, this may slighlu be offt topic but well, there seems to be some off topic stuff going on here anyway.

Why are we counting transformers as a moviebased on an anime/treating the anime as orignal material? Originally, transformers were toys. Just toys. Based on a Japanese toy, yes, but not an anime. The first fiction was Marvel comics. There were japanese spinoffs off the comics, but they were remakes. So can you really say that the newer remakes are "shitty derivitive stuff" when even the "original" anime is anything but? Is the first anime more valid because it is older? Or is this all off topic because we're talking about a comic book adaptation instead of an anime adaptation.

Keep in mind, I'm on acid while writing this, so pleas be brutal in your response.

Live Action Casshern had some okay visuals, but was pretty fail in every other aspect.

My biggest bone to pic was that as beautiful as some of the imagery was they moved to fast to really be seen

I just keep remembering the last time North America over-saw a live-action anime treatment...

G-Saviour was such a complete failure on both sides of the Pacific that Sunrise Japan effectively struck its existence from the Gundam continuity entirely.
