It would be foolish of Columbia-Tristar not to. Bebop enjoys great ratings for a cable show and has a lot of name recognition because of it. The true question is whether or not subtitled prints will get a nationwide release which is, IMHO, doubtful. Chances are the major cinemas will get the dub print and arthouses will get subtitles.
Then again, if they arthouse only it and DC only gets a subbed print...guess I won't bother. I was bored out of my mind watching the fansub and want the dub so that it's something different...
But yes, Bebop will almost definately get a wide release.
