At what point does ranma get old if it does?

So my question is do you think ranma is over done and if it is when I've heard from so people that ranma is over done but from what I have seen it is great and halirous. Unfortunatly I can't show it at my anime club at school.

Ranma starts sucking bigtime during Rhandom rhapsody the 6th season. The artwork got bad and it seems like they ran out of ideas.

For me, it became repetitive about halfway through the second season. I won't be buying the third season.

Well, I've seen all the Ranma there is to be seen and to be honest after they ceased having a plot around season 6 it did get a bit boring. I still love it but by this time some progress should have been made with the relationship between Ranma and Akane and he should still be trying to change back into a boy. They no longer have any continuity and the stories wander a bit from character development infact there hasn't been any of that in about 40 episodes.
