95, kind of mind boggling when you look at how long good animes usualy last.

no, the series dub is not as bad, my only gripes with it are they neglected 'oro', more than a few voices just dont fit, and they recycle voice talent like no other hehe. They didn't change too much of the translation due to lip syncing, so i guess its all good.

Kenshin happens to have a fantastic Jap cast so I try to see the dub for what it is instead of comparing

They left out oro becuase Oro isnt a word......Oro is just like saying the imfamous Home D'OH!

And you cant rule out the fact that The Creator didnt want Kenshin's Dub VA to say Oro (The creator has that right)

by 2 OVAs I meant the first 4-part series about Kenshin's past and the Seisouhen OVA.. I also heard there were to TV specials in Japan? Is this true?

I *like* the dub.. I prefer Kenshin's voice to be a guy... (I know I'll probably get flamed for saying that.. but I don't mind the Japanese either). I do miss the "oro?" but that's why I like both subs and dubs ^_^
