You mean you never played Sonic and Knuckles? The Sonic game that frustrated me to no end?

And I absolutley love Tails, btw. He's just too adorable! And the flying ability comes in really handy in Sonic Advance (Best Sonic game...EVER)

tails is OK... he's no sonic though.

I favor the new Shadow character that came out for Sonic Adventure 2 too. Still Sonic has worked better for me in all the clasic genesys games cause nothing gets better than being able to pull off Hyper Sonic right from the start of Sonic 3 & Knuckles. *L*

That's also something that pissed me off in Sonic Adventure 1-2. No Super/Hyper Sonic available on stanges after you beat the game! >_<

Though... At one moment in Sonic Adventure 2 when Shadow and Sonic start to jerk their fists in an "odd" fashion I thought they were going to scream right there and power up DBZ style... With would have being GREAT since that transformation fits better for an animal character profile anyways.

Anyways... I overally hated everything that had to do with Knucles/Rose in Sonic Adventure 2. You have to spend more time looking for the damn emarald shards than any other stage. Eggman kicked ass in his mecha, however mirroring the gameplay turning tails Jet into a robot... God... =_=;; So far Shadow seems to be the character with LESS stages in the game.

SA2 was more or less a scam. It says you can play on both sides... But doesn't say you can only play 3 identical roles and the only difference between god/bad are the characters textures. =_=

And then when you play on 2 players VS mode all characters are just mirrors of each other... No difference whatever =_=

The only TRUE in-game differences between characters are:
*Sonic can get more powerups than Shadow.*
*Eggman has better armor and is more maneurable than Tail's walking jet.*

Things that get me pissed about SA:
*I can see Mecha & Metal Sonics at Eggman's lab... But I can't use them!*
*Amy and Big the Cat are abortions of gameply that should have never made it to a supposely fast paced game.*
*I can't use Super Sonic except at the end*

Things that get me pissed about SA2:
*Shadow HOVERS with his rocket like shoes at the beggining of the game, but you can't use them that way at all.*
*You can't play as Super Sonic or Hyper Shadow except at the end.*

Thing that pissed me off about both games:
The final bosses are stupid dinasours instead of Eggman's Giant Mechas... A revamp of the battle in Orbit at Eggman's Death Egg & Then Hyper Sonic chasing after Giant Robo in glorious 3D would have been AWSOME! But noooo... >_< Let's make it a dinasour and have Super Sonic be an exclusive for the final boss! *L*
