Hellsing Ultimate has Alucard, and indestructible is practically his middle name. In the first ten minutes of the first episode, he gets shot about 40,000 times. He then calmly brushes himself off and proceeds to rip them apart. He does this all the time.
You kinda get the feeling that he gleans some sort of satisfaction from seeing the despair on his enemies face upon the realization that nothing they can do could ever possibly stop the inhuman monstrosity that threatens to devour them whole. And then in the second episode... Lets just say that the gloves come off.

However, don't get the show confused with Hellsing. They have pretty much the same story, but Hellsing is really stripped down. They skip almost the entire main storyline and the fight scenes aren't very good. But Hellsing Ultimate is definitely worth your time.

I am surprised that I have overlooked 'Hellsing', not to mention that I have actually seen it as well. That series is definitely one I will need to take into account. I also agree that 'Hellsing Ultimate' was better than the mainstream to be honest. My opinion though and does not reflect what the series may be.
I do all the right things for all the wrong reasons.

If you're still looking for more suggestions, X/1999 might be a good one to look into.
The 'Kamui' from the Dragons of Earth is pretty much near indestructible. He gets an arm sharply jabbed straight through his chest and he regenerates after half of hos body had been burnt to a crisp.
