I had guessed early 2ks right from the first screenshot (good ol' deen+awarpsharp abuse fansub encodes), but was hardpressed to pinpoint any title. Then Code said that one screen looked familiar, and so I recalled the AMV Hell 4 track "Zombie Time" and there we go. AMVs to the rescue.
