Hey Milo. I say you don't count the votes for someone if they skip out onf one of the categories (i.e. somne guy skipping out on voting for the guys, or maybe someone skipping out on lower bracket, etc...) I say people like that have their votes not be counted.

There is no Ryoga in Tenchi. Ryoga is from Ranma.
