How is your footage encoded?This usually happens when it's xvid/divx/other lossy format encoded footage

This probably happened maybe because you transferred the project files over a hard drive or did any transferring.
I do all the right things for all the wrong reasons.

What Enigma said - you shouldn't use XviD/DivX/mp4/anything except lossless avi (uncompressed, lagarith, huffyyuv - preferably lagarith for Vegas)
