Vegas 6.0 activation issues....

Postby L'arc~en~ciel » Wed Oct 14, 2009 1:11 am

So I had to clean my computer a few weeks back, and I am trying to put vegas back on. Issue is, when I so, I put in my serial, then my activation. When I try to save an MPEG, it tells me I have to do my activation again. When I put it in again, it fails, and for some reason, my activation code is now my serial number.....yes, I have looked over each word where activation and serial codes should be, I don't get wat is going on. If anyone has a clue, please tell me..... I have uninstalled and reinstalled it atleast 10 times tonight.

I think so. My friend bought it a while ago, was planning on using it, didn't, so I bought it from him once we proved it worked. I got it working for about 3 years, now, this.

ummm its not working for you then just get a better version of the program...maybe the mpeg file or whatever cant be saved cause vegas 6.0 its probably not registered right..or maybe the program caught a virus....i would just download vegas 7 or 8 using keygens and all that crap.....hope this helps ....

lol @ Soup and Slash
Yeah do not discuss Pirated/crackz/warez...w/e
This includes Anime AND Programs.

As for the problem, I never used Vegas 6.0 but in any of the Vegas' I have used, I never had a problem with a sole codec/format my suggestion is...
-You say its just the MPEG thats giving you problems...So why not try another codec/format and see if you that works.
-If that doesn't work then contact Sony and get your problem worked out since you or whomever purchased it they should be able to clear it right up. |:>
