Vegas Renders Too Short

Problem: After rendering a 5 minute video, it comes out around 2 mins.
I am using 2 diff footage from 2 diff videos, one originally Divx and one originally MPEG, both of which I converted to Lagarith compressed AVIs via virtualdubmod.
I followed the awesome exporting guide with Vegas and I still have this problem.
I tried it both with rendering only loop area checked and unchecked.

Could it have to do with 2 diff screen sizes on the videos? (one is anime, the other is a music video [mpeg] which has a small screen)
However, it looks fine when I am editing it.

I need an expert.

Sorry, apparently it wasn't even a problem.

Solution: Don't try to watch your videos in Windows Media Player.
Apparently it shortens it for me.
