you shouldnt upload coppywrited material to the tube site it violates their terms of service
Ok, well I definitally broke the TOSJaddziaDax wrote:did you create the anime images yourself? did you animate it?
or did a company in japan produce it?
did you create the music yourself?
unless you made it yourself (everything, including the actual animation/video footage you are using... filmed it, animated it, hired the voice actors, ect) then more than likely your sources are coppywrited by someone other than you...
O.o
according to the the tube tos, you are supposed to own the coppywrites to all of your sources in your videos, if you dont own the coppywrites to distrobute the anime images you and the music you are using (and no owning the DVD/CD doesnt count as owning the coppywrite) then you arent supposed to upload it to their servers...
alot of people upload them anyways sometimes knowing/sometimes not that its against the youboob TOS...
That's not true.JaddziaDax wrote:according to the the tube tos, you are supposed to own the coppywrites to all of your sources in your videos,
The bold part makes an important difference to what you say. Especially regarding the music. The tube has a license agreement with 4 major record labels that not only allows to put up their music videos, but also to use them in user created works.In connection with User Submissions, you further agree that you will not: (i) submit material that is copyrighted, protected by trade secret or otherwise subject to third party proprietary rights, including privacy and publicity rights, unless you are the owner of such rights or have permission from their rightful owner to post the material and to grant YouTube all of the license rights granted herein;
