Vegas 4.0 Subtitle Timing

Post by Alpha_Hazard » Wed Jun 20, 2007 10:46 pm

Okay, so I've got the first subtitle up in the titles track...but I can't seem to figure out how to make it go away and the next one appear...it doesn't seem to work in the same way the media FX work where you set a time stamp for when the chage is suppose to happen...I've got confounded time stamps all over and yet I still only have the first line of text...why is this program so completely counter intuitive...I mean has anyone tried to perform the simple task of REVERSING VIDEO MOTION?! it's a twelve step process...I should just save up and get premiere...

but that's beside the point...I am using vegas at the moment and I can't figure it out...lil' help here?

Sorry, I just figured out that for such a short video it'll be easier to do a seperate title for each, so this thread can be closed or something...or linked to a relveant topic that I missed when searching for help

Vegas isn't that ahrd And I highly doubt premiere would be any harder.

reversing is (my guess causei 've never used or tried it) a 2 step process.

Go to velocity. set it to a negative amount.

Post a screencap of how you're trying to do what you're doing right now?
