Help with a type of effect on vegas

Is there a way to create that type of effect on Sony Vegas where it kinda looks like the whole screen is going through a whole heart pulse? (kinda like in Naruto where Gaara vs. Sasuke, Gaara gets that huge head pounding thing and his body starts to pulse.)
