render in Vegas=REinterlaced????WTF?

Postby Banass » Tue Apr 24, 2007 4:14 pm

Ok, I imported some clips compressed and cleaned with VDM (.avi) in Vegas 6.0.
(They were xvid, but I recompressed them in VDM).

When the rendering time has come, the output file was interlaced.

How could this be? They were clean before!!!!!

Any help

Check out the project settings and you know... Change the little thingy back into progressive.

Don´t forget to check the pixel aspect ratio to (if it´s square or not)

If I remeber right... These two things are default settings in Vegas. So watch out.

I hope these 2 pics will help you to guide me. I really need your help.

To jaddziaDaz:

So you deinterlace it again via VdubMod?
Is this not affect the quality?

The link said noting either.

But nevermind, I found on my own how to have a good output.

No bothering anymore.
