How can I make clips in Sony Vegas 6?

Post by xDarkShurikenx » Fri Apr 20, 2007 4:12 pm

I have a video so now I need to turn it into clips. How do I do that with Sony Vegas? And after I have clips i'm allowed to put in transitions right?

You can use Vegas's trimmer, although I'm not familiar with it because I use VirtualDubMod to make clips:

then go to file->save

use those to mark the beginning and the end of the "clips" you want so you can save room

amvapp is your friend

also open the clip in the trimmer, use the loop region to choose what you want, and then coppy/paste onto your timeline
